Kommen Sie zu Roche, wo jede Stimme zählt.Die PositionPrimary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)● A field-based medical expertise for field medical strategy development and execution on the assigned disease area and related biomarker under the leadership of Medical Science Manager Leader.● Be responsible for data generation activities for assigned disease area and related biomarker.● Establish long-term, peer-to-peer relationships with TAEs and investigators, including biomarker area experts, in a given therapeutic field and deliver quality interactions and services that bring value to HCPs, aligned with medical strategies.● Lead implementation of the tactical / field medical plans in collaboration with the Country Medical Manager.● Identify opportunities for collaborations between the company and the TAEs and investigators.● Ensure strict adherence to the company’s policies, SOPs, and local regulations for all medical science initiatives for the assigned disease area.Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 1) Medical expertise in the assigned disease area and related biomarkers● Drive development, implementation, and monitoring of the field medical plan under coaching of MSM Leader and align with country medical strategy.● Define and execute short- and long-term field medical visions, including scientific communications and strategic partnerships through interaction with TAEs.● Collect TAE insights, determine their interest in ongoing research and educational events, and develop/update TAE profiles to understand their practices, needs, and views on new data.● Provide scientific support for cross-functional partners in medical training, scientific query handling, and speaker material preparation.● Lead the development and implementation of innovative local business models, such as regional pathology referral centers, in synergy with Roche Diagnostics and external partners.● Contribute to the execution of advisory boards.2) Data Generation● Translate insights into effective medical strategies, prioritize gaps, and support the local patient journey.● Ensure excellence in evidence planning and generation, including RWE, clinical studies, and data inputs for local economic models.● Manage IIS requests, review with the country medical manager, and follow up with investigators, in compliance with local laws.● Support site feasibility, patient enrollment, and investigator engagement for clinical studies.3) Knowledge exchange● Convert clinical evidence into local value messages and communicate effectively with stakeholders.● Facilitate the exchange of scientific data with HCPs, ensuring access to high-quality information.● Develop and deliver medical training and educational programs.● Support the country medical manager in knowledge exchange strategies, including preparing presentations and scientific papers.4) Others● Support Market Access colleagues with scientific data for value dossiers and discussions with payers.● Provide therapeutic and scientific training to internal staff.● Deliver pipeline presentations upon request.5) Compliance adherence● Ensure all initiatives comply with Roche SOPs, codes, and local regulations.● Promote high ethical standards and integrity in medical compliance.Qualification and ExperienceEducation/Qualifications● Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Medicine, Pharma, or Bioscience. Clinical Medicine preferred.
