Currently partnered with a Tier 2 head contractor that is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (contract) to join our team on a major residential project in Glebe.
This contract role will focus on the final stages of the development, including completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team through the completion and handover phase
- Liaise with stakeholders, including NSW Land & Housing, contractors, and consultants
- Maintain project documentation and reporting throughout the final stage
- Provide clear reporting to senior management throughout the final phases
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, to budget, and to quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in residential or mixed-use developments.
- Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, particularly in the final phases of development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, time-sensitive workplace.
- Knowledge of NSW construction regulations and approvals
