Purpose of the Position
GHS Solutions has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Blast & Painters for site and in town works in and around the Midwest Region of Western Australia. GHS has a number of ongoing site work within the region, and we are looking to expand our workforce.
Possible Opportunities
* Monday to Friday Role in Geraldton Paint & Blast Shed
* Various Site work available - local Geraldton or DIDO from Geraldton
* Ideal candidate is located in or willing to relocate to Geraldton.
Licence Requirements
* Trade Certificate (Cert II in Engineering - Surface Preparation & Finishing or Cert II in Surface Preparation and Coating Applications) - desirable
* Working at Heights
* Construction Industry White Card
* Current Police Clearance (obtained within the past 12 months)
* MSIC or ability to obtain a MSIC
Other Abilities
* High levels of attention to detail
* Comfortable working over water
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to work unsupervised and with a team
* Mining experience highly preferred
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
