Join the Campbelltown Hospital Pharmacy Service and be part of an exciting transformation within a brand-new facility where innovation and patient-centred care are at the heart of everything we do. As part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team, you will contribute to a broad range of pharmacy services across inpatient and outpatient settings, including clinical services, dispensing, distribution, and manufacturing. Through a structured rotational program, you will work alongside experienced clinical leads to deliver specialised services that support the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines. We are seeking a motivated and adaptable pharmacist who fulfils Grade 2 criteria and brings strong clinical knowledge with the ability to optimise medication management for complex patients. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, confidently manage competing priorities, and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. With excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills, you demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality care. You are passionate about professional development, education, and supporting team growth, with the ability to promote teamwork and supervise support staff. Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

* Full Pharmacist registration with AHPRA with no restrictions to the scope of practice.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a registered pharmacist working in hospital pharmacy AND EITHER:
* A minimum of 12 months experience working as a clinical pharmacist in in the nominated specialty area (or a similar specialty area) OR
* Relevant postgraduate qualifications and a minimum of 6 months experience in the nominated specialty area (or a similar specialty area).
* Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of hospital staff, and patients and careers
* Demonstrated ability to display judgement and independence in problem solving
* Demonstrated competence in clinical drug knowledge and experience in applying that knowledge appropriately to clinical settings including participation in the development or review of medication policies and guidelines
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within multidisciplinary teams including a record of participation in clinical meetings and medical rounds
* Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork and to supervise the activities of pharmacy staff and provide guidance in the specialty field for other staff
* Proven organisational and time management skills and the ability to priorities according to organisational needs
* Demonstrated contribution to quality assurance activities.
* Demonstrated record of participation in teaching programs with other pharmacists, nursing staff or other health care providers
