We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our clients' marketing strategies, ensuring top-tier performance and growth. The ideal candidate will excel in managing Paid Media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of SEO strategies to optimise organic search performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement robust marketing strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and innovative market trends.
2. Paid Media Management: Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms, leveraging data-driven insights to maximise ROI, performance and engagement.
3. SEO Expertise: Apply advanced SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance online visibility.
4. Website Strategy & Maintenance: Oversee website maintenance, strategy and technical improvements to enhance organic visibility and site performance for our clients. Conduct audits and make recommendations to improve website user experience (UX) and metrics such as conversion rate optimisation (CRO), especially for ecommerce clients.
5. Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to maintain a cutting-edge marketing approach.
6. B2C & B2B Experience: Strong B2C marketing experience is preferred, with B2B knowledge as a plus.
7. Team Management: Lead the marketing arm of the business, managing a team that includes a Content Marketer and collaborating closely with the Creative team to ensure cohesive and compelling campaign execution.
8. Collaboration and Briefing: Work collaboratively with internal teams to brief the Design team effectively, ensuring marketing materials are on-brand and optimised for performance.
9. Client Presentation: Confidently present ideas and strategic plans to clients, articulating value propositions and expected outcomes with clarity and professionalism.
10. Tracking & Analytics: Utilise Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM) and other tracking tools to monitor performance, track key KPIs and generate actionable insights.
11. Reporting & Communication: Highly analytical in creating detailed, results-specific reports that draw clear conclusions on ROI and engagement. Present recommendations and actionable insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Exhibit excellent communication and time management skills to report to the Account Director and Managing Director.
12. Team Vibe: Contribute to the existing excitement and passion of the team, bringing the vibe up and fostering a positive, energetic, and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on Paid Media management and SEO (desirably 5+ years of experience).
2. In-depth knowledge of Meta and Google advertising platforms including Shop and PMax.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
4. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
5. Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
6. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
7. Confident in presenting ideas and strategies to clients, with the ability to make compelling recommendations based on data-driven insights.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
