We are an established and trusted Australian business specialising in the manufacturing and supply of high-quality sealing and surface care products. We have been operating successfully for many years and have built a strong reputation for reliability, product quality and customer service.
As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our team to support increased demand and ongoing operations. We are looking for a Casual Factory Hand to support our Factory Manager within our manufacturing and warehouse operations.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable with manual handling, able to follow processes, takes pride in doing things properly and is flexible to assist during busy periods and staff leave.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Factory Manager with daily production activities
* Mixing, filling, labelling and packing products
* Picking and packing customer orders for dispatch
* General factory and warehouse duties
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
* Assisting with stock movement, deliveries and basic inventory tasks
* Providing cover during staff holidays and increased workload periods
