Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Our client, the largest global enterprise in the world, is seeking an IT Support Engineer.
Skills Required:
* Advanced knowledge and skills with Windows operating systems
* Advanced knowledge and skills of O365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Active Directory
* Experience with ServiceNow or ITIL ticketing systems
* Experience with MECM / SCCM
* Network troubleshooting
* Audio Visual troubleshooting
* Ability to travel to remote sites
* Willingness to work between 12 pm to 8 pm
