We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and dedicated team player to join our Business Support Team on a Full Time Basis.

About the Role:

Provide administrative and support services across the organization.

Drive continuous quality improvement within the organization.

Be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Manage requests, concerns and enquiries in a polite, effective and professional manner.

Liaise with Real Estates and Property Managers.

Complete compliance and quality assurance tasks to ensure organization practice is in line with policy and legislative requirements.

Support the recruitment process to ensure timely onboarding of staff.

Fleet car management.

Process property damage & insurance claims.

Assist management staff with ad-hoc projects as required.

Assist the CEO and directors with any duties that may be required.

Reports to:

You will report to the Business Support Manager.

Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or relevant experience in relevant previous roles.

Ability to pick up systems quickly and efficiently.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Great attention to detail and ability to drive change.

Well developed information management and analysis skills.

Highly developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Be flexible and able to adapt to the growing needs of the organisation.

LCS2 clearance (or willing to obtain).

Paid Blue Card (or willing to obtain).

Open Drivers Licence.
