Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure subcontractors adhere to HSE protocols and report any issues to the Site Safety Manager.
* Communicate HSE requirements to subcontractors on site.
* Participate in incident investigations and report findings to relevant personnel.
* Develop and deliver comprehensive HSE training programs and toolbox talks.
* Regularly review project HSE systems and plans to ensure they meet activity requirements.
