As our Asset Management team continues to grow and become a market leader across Australia and New Zealand, we are now looking to appoint an experienced Asset Management professional to support the Asset Management Team. Reporting to the General Manager, the role will be a part of the Business Units leadership team and support Verbrec's mission and vision to develop and secure opportunities, grow their customer base and manage proposals across our diverse technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* As part of the leadership team, update and refine the business development strategy and achievable growth vision.
* Work directly with customers day‐to‐day, driving project deliverables and identifying new projects.
* Manage customer relationships to ensure needs and expectations are fully satisfied.
* Take a key role in reviewing, implementing and improving asset management systems and processes.
* Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships within the Asset Management community.
* Engage in and support business development opportunities.
* Provide leadership, management, mentoring and development of the asset management team.
* Ensure the Asset Management Team generates innovative, fit for purpose and cost‐effective solutions for our clients.
* Technical review and mentoring.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Suitably qualified with 15+ years of experience, with a technical Asset Management background.
* 5+ years in maintenance, engineering, reliability or related discipline.
* Extensive understanding and experience in ISO55000, RCM, RCA and Planned Maintenance Optimisation.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Demonstrated customer relationship management and business development experience.
* Experience and energy in sales and/or proposal development.
* Experience and understanding of delivering effective client solutions as well as the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Well‐developed communication skills and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to present to clients.
