Learning and Development Professional
This is an exciting opportunity to undertake the role of Learning and Development Manager at a leading healthcare institution.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to lead the development, implementation and evaluation of learning strategies for nursing and support staff. The successful candidate will work closely with senior clinical leaders to identify education and training needs that align with the organization's Clinical Services Plan and National Safety and Quality Health Services Standards.
About the Role:
* Develop strategic plans to identify specific learning requirements for each department through annual education needs analysis.
* Maintain current knowledge of best practice in nursing and healthcare.
* Coordinate the development of evidence-based educational activities to meet quality initiatives.
* Lead a team of clinical professionals to achieve objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* AHPRA registration and current practising certificate.
* Certificate 3 in Training and Assessment or higher.
* Experience in leadership roles.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Demonstrated knowledge of current nursing issues and practices.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Postgraduate qualification in education.
