We are looking for people that are driven, passionate and want to help reconnect people with the natural joys of food. Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers
* Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delicious food
* Ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked
* Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
* Stock and clean shelves, frozen and dairy case
* Maintain back stock in good order
* Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment
* Assist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing
* Follow and comply with all applicable health and safety procedures The right type of person:
* Outgoing and bubbly personality, willing to engage with our customers
* Team player, coordination is key as working together is imperative for success
* Flexible availability, it's a busy shop across 7 days! *Applicants with previous experience in fruit and vegetable shops preferred*
