Animal Referral Hospital (ARH) is seeking an Internal Medicine Specialist to join our multidisciplinary specialist practice in Canberra, Australia.

The Position
As a board-certified Internist, you will be primarily clinically focused, ideally full-time (4‐day/5‐day week). Applicants preferring part-time roles will be considered.
Our Team
Two other Internal Medicine Specialists and a multidisciplinary team of specialists in critical care, surgery, oncology, rehabilitation, and diagnostic imaging work collaboratively with referring veterinarians and clients. The department is supported by a Head of Department, an intern and a full team of nurses. ECC veterinarians support specialty services after hours and on weekends.
Our Hospital
ARH Canberra was relocated in November 2021 to a modern specialist and emergency facility near the airport, featuring three surgical suites, eight consultation rooms, a fully equipped laboratory, advanced imaging (ultrasound, digital radiography, endoscopy, 64‐slice CT, high‐field MRI), and a grieving room. Onsite perks include free parking, stocked snack cupboard, and coffee.
What We Require
* A veterinary degree registerable in Australia with specialist qualifications (FANZCVS, DACVIM or DECVIM) is required. Candidates completing residency training intending to sit specialist exams soon are also invited to apply.
