Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced 3PL Inventory Manager with strong FMCG experience to take ownership of inventory operations of their Yatala site.This role suits a proactive, curious professional who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement and linking inventory accuracy to real-world warehouse activities.About the RoleManage inventory accuracy and control across multiple 3PL locationsConduct regular stocktakes, cycle counts and reconciliationsLead daily problem-solving and identify root causes of inventory discrepanciesDrive continuous improvement in inventory reporting, housekeeping and workflowsConnect inventory data with warehouse operations and material flowPartner with 3PL providers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operationsProduce and analyse inventory reports to identify trends and improvement areasTravel weekly between sites (own transport required)What We're Looking ForProven experience in inventory management within FMCG, 3PL, warehousing or supply chainKnowledge of batch management, FIFO/FEFO and process mappingStrong WMS and SAP experience (automation systems highly regarded)Skilled in Excel and digital reporting toolsAnalytical and curious mindset to be able to identify patterns and solve root causesUnderstanding of warehouse operations and how they impact stock accuracyStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperienced people manager, capable of leading and influencing across sitesAdaptable, calm under pressure and solutions-focusedValid driver's licence and own vehicle (required for site travel)At Quest Personnel, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities for all and embracing diversity in the workplace.
