**GM - Property Manager**:

- $120k-$140k base + commission
**The Opportunity**
This opportunity will suit an experienced and highly motivated property manager, who is seeking the next challenge.
Working with a developer/owner, the role will focus on a portfolio of high-end apartments, predominantly within the one complex.
**About the Role**
This is a hands-on role that will have the assistance of an assistant property manager and accounts team.
In summary this role is responsible for:
**Property Management** - end to end property management, including arrears management, maintenance, routine inspections, condition reports, representing the owner at VCAT when required.
**Leasing** - maintaining high occupancy while maximising revenue
**Accounting** - accurate and timely invoicing and receipting
**Documentation** - management and administration of all documentation
**Marketing** - leading campaigns, including management of marketing collateral, responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate contact records from enquiries, keeping clients informed
**Management Reporting** - provision of timely and accurate data for management meetings.
You will possess high level communication skills combined with a demonstrated track record in the management of a significant portfolio.
