Senior Contracts Administrator Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to join a team of professionals working on various projects in the ACT region. The role requires senior-level construction management skills with experience managing head and subcontracts on government building projects.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
2. Assistance with progress claims and external variations
3. Review, negotiation, and finalization of subcontracts
4. Management and tracking of project expenditure, including subcontractor claims
5. Administration of RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants
6. Administration of the project HSE system
To be considered for this role, you will need relevant degree qualifications, familiarity with contract law principles and construction-specific Acts, codes, and regulations, as well as strong communication, self-motivation, and decision-making skills.
