Job Opportunity: Research & Evaluation Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Research and Evaluation Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of research projects that inform policy and service delivery improvements for Aboriginal communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and conduct advanced statistical analysis using quantitative methods.
* Develop surveys, evaluation frameworks, logic models, and tools to measure program effectiveness.
* Review and quality-assure commissioned research to ensure high-quality outputs.
* Communicate complex data insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in research and evaluation with a focus on quantitative methods.
* Expertise in analytical software packages including R, Stata, SPSS, or Python.
* Strong skills in designing data collection tools and survey methodologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
