As we approach our Centennial year and enter the Club's second century, we are implementing a structured marketing and communications framework designed to elevate our brand presence, strengthen member engagement and support future commercial opportunities.
About the Role:
This role presents an exciting opportunity to create engaging photo and video content that showcases everything Mount Osmond Golf Club has to offer.
From golf and coaching through to weddings, corporate golf days, food and beverage experiences and member events, you will play a central role in how the Club communicates with both members and the wider community.
Serving as a key coordination point across departments, this role ensures professional, accurate and consistent messaging across all communication platforms.
Working within a defined marketing and brand framework, you will support campaign execution, assist with production planning and coordinate content rollout across digital channels.
The role will involve creating and editing short form video content, producing engaging social media stories and reels, supporting campaign delivery and assisting with the implementation of the Club's marketing calendar.
This is an execution focused role within a structured marketing environment, supporting both internal communication and broader brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute and manage social media activity including scheduling, monitoring and performance analysis
* Create engaging organic content showcasing Mount Osmond Golf Club and its facilities
* Coordinate content across platforms including social media, website and EDM communications
* Support Heads of Department with promotional requirements including posters, event information and marketing collateral
* Assist with signage and promotional material for sponsors and Club initiatives
* Support photography shoots, video production logistics and event coverage
* Assist in implementing the annual marketing and media plan
* Coordinate and execute the Club's marketing calendar and campaign assets
* Manage member communications across platforms including website, MiClub, EDM and print
* Help with coordination and production of the weekly member newsletter
* Support preparation of key Club communications including AGM material and formal notices
* Maintain the Club's brand presentation across all departments
* Assist with ongoing website updates and improvements
* Support event marketing and promotional initiatives across the Club
About You:
You are a confident communicator with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. You understand how to engage different audiences and can adapt tone and style accordingly.
You are comfortable working within a structured framework and enjoy turning strategy into clear, consistent execution.
You will ideally bring:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
* Experience executing paid digital campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite
* Strong ability to create and edit visual content including short form video
* Confidence using Canva or Adobe design tools
* Experience with EDM platforms
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across departments
* A proactive and professional approach
* Bonus: Experience within golf, sport, hospitality or tourism is highly regarded but not essential.
