Position: Casual Educator
Pay Range: $36.96 – $45.51 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) Casual Educator – Busy Bees at Chinchilla Looking for flexible work with a supportive team? Our 75-place service provides a warm, inclusive environment where children and educators feel valued and supported. About the Role
* Support the delivery of high-quality, play-based learning aligned with the EYLF
* Step in across different rooms as required
* Build positive and professional relationships with children, families and team members
* Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
* Enjoy flexible shifts based on centre needs and your availability
This role is ideal for educators who are adaptable, reliable and enjoy working across age groups. What You’ll Need
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
* Valid QLD Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* A genuine passion for early childhood education
