This role involves meeting with clients to understand their wishes, drafting clear and accurate documents, reviewing trust deeds, constitutions, agreements, and other documents, providing expert advice, working closely with the team to deliver high-quality services, contributing to service improvements, and supporting our mission to provide fair, accessible, and sustainable estate planning services.
This position requires a strong understanding of relevant legislation, case law, and policy frameworks. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in wills and estate planning, as well as expertise in reviewing, interpreting, and drafting complex legal documents.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality, timely, and customer-focused legal services aligned with our Customer Excellence Principles.
