About The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join the team on an 8-month fixed-term contract.
This role is ideal for a confident property professional who can step in and manage a portfolio with autonomy while being fully supported by a dedicated administration team.
Reporting to the Head of Department, your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
Liaising with landlords and tenants to deliver high service standards
Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and contractor coordination
Preparing and managing leasing and property documentation
Ensuring compliance with legislation and agency procedures
Providing guidance and support across the property management function
About You
The successful candidate will have:
3+ years' experience managing a residential property portfolio
A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
A professional, solutions-focused approach to client service
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
The ability to work confidently and independently within a team environment
