We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Part time Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team in Ballarat.
The role will involve:
* Taking phone calls and liaising with clients
* Managing bookings
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Assisting Clinic Coordinator & Operations Manager with day-to-day duties
* Assisting Clinicians, Nurses & Doctors in-room preparation
* Retailing products
* Articulate and be well presented
* Fluent English speaker
* Able to multi-task
* Well organized
* Enthusiastic about the Aesthetic industry
* Enjoy working within a small team
* Confident in retailing, recommending, and discussing products with clients (training will be provided)
* Confident in using a computer including Microsoft Office
