Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing and Sales, locally and internationally, you will act as a technical advisory and problem‐solver across the business## What you will do* Lead the design and development of mechanical products from concept through to commercial release* Take ownership of innovation projects, managing design activities and delivering outcomes* Develop detailed 3D designs and prototypes using engineering software (Creo preferred)* Apply deep knowledge of plastics, polymers and injection moulding to create robust, manufacturable designs* Conduct and support product testing and validation using test facilities* Identify, troubleshoot and resolve design‐related operational issues* Support tooling and moulding activities in collaboration with manufacturing teams* Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Quality and Production* Ensure products and processes align with ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and ISO 14001 standards**About you** You are a driven, technically capable engineer who enjoys turning ideas into tangible, high‐performing products. You are comfortable taking initiative, working autonomously and working collaboratively in a team environment.
