A Day in the Life of an Assistant Manager
* Motivate and inspire your team to deliver a genuine and engaging guest experience
* Champion coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives, and day-to-day pub operations
* Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing strategies
* Build a responsible service culture centered around fun, passion, and authenticity
About You
We're looking for someone with prior demonstrable experience managing and creating social media content. You should have great hospitality leadership and operational experience, with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and inspiring, coaching, and developing your team, we want to hear from you!
Requirements

* Current industry RSA, RSG, and Gaming License qualifications (or ability to acquire)
