Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers.
* Support participants to identify skills to become job ready.
* Deliver quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.
* Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals.
* Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways.
* Buil;d and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
Suitable Backgrounds:
* Sales professionals with a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
* Retail experts with experience in customer service and relationship-building.
* Call centre specialists who possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Hospitality professionals with a background in providing exceptional customer experiences.
* Consultants with expertise in business development and growth strategies.
* Administrative professionals with strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
* A MyGovID (Standard level).
* Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
* Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
