* Maintain high standards of food quality, coffee expertise, and customer service
* Contribute to process improvements and menu innovation
* Monitor key performance indicators and ensure cost control
* Act as a local leader, reporting to an interstate head office

Requirements:
* Hospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
* Strong coffee knowledge and customer service focus
* Prior experience with food and beverage knowledge
* Excellent communication and team development skills
* Maturity and initiative to manage the venue independently
