ZSG Restaurant Manager's Responsibilities
Hiring and training new staff
Office and admin duties, including financials
Stock and ordering
Shift management
Reporting to owners/directors
ZSG Restaurant Manager's Skills & Experience
Highly motivated natural leader who doesn't hesitate to be hands-on
Passion for food and executing restaurant operations
Positive "can do" attitude
Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
Experienced restaurant management: 2+ years preferred
