Essential Requirements
3+ years experience as a Venue Manager
Ability to analyze and report venue performance regularly
Presence on the floor during peak times, including late nights and weekends
Understanding of P&L statements and financial analysis
Ability to generate revenue ideas across all business areas
Experience in rostering for front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Stocktaking and loss investigation skills
Order management and stock level maintenance
Staff training, performance management, and motivation
Collaborate with Marketing to develop revenue strategies and promotions
