About the role
As Inventory Controller, you'll be responsible for managing the accuracy, movement and quality of stock in our warehouse. This includes monitoring out-of-stocks, handling recalls, investigating variances and coordinating claims with suppliers. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers always receive the right products, in the right condition, at the right time.
Day-to-day responsibilities
* Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies or variances
* Oversee product recalls and quality assurance checks
* Manage bin allocations and stock adjustments
* Process and resolve supplier claims
* Support the Operations Manager with inventory-related reporting and compliance

* Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
* A current forklift licence (essential)
* Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn internal systems
