The role
Reporting to the GM IT Strategy & Planning Global, we are seeking a visionary leader to provide strategic IT direction and champion the evolution of Dyno's enterprise architecture landscape. This role is pivotal in shaping architectural standards, leading modernisation initiatives, and aligning technology solutions with business strategy to support Dyno's transformation agenda.
As a key influencer in our digital journey, you will ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions that meet current and future business needs. You will also mentor a small team of talented Solutions Architects, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Role Responsibilities
* Define and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks across business, data, application, and technology domains.
* Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with Dyno's strategic goals and transformation initiatives.
* Lead governance through the Architecture Review Board and contribute to IT standards.
* Act as "Chief Engineer" for enterprise-wide programs, ensuring architectural integrity and vendor alignment.
* Provide expert guidance on major initiatives including ERP, MDP, Managed Services, and AI enablement.
* Collaborate with business and IT leaders to design scalable, compliant systems that mitigate risk and meet regulatory standards.
What You'll Bring
* You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering (or related field) and The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) or equivalent certification.
* Solid experience in enterprise or solution architecture within large-scale IT environments.
* Experience with SAP suite, cloud platforms, and integration technologies (e.g. LeanIX, ArchiMate).
* Technical competence across architecture domains, design (API, microservices, serverless architecture) and hybrid cloud infrastructure and operations.
