This exciting position is also demanding. It requires a willingness be away from home and to travel to remote areas throughout Australia and occasionally outside of Australia for extended periods. The chosen candidate needs to be fit and keen and always drug and alcohol free. This position is a physical one and entails carrying gear over uneven terrain and placing nodes in the ground, driving 4wd's, working in various climactic conditions, and operating state-of-the-art equipment. The work days are often 12 hours long and in varying weather conditions. HR licence preferred and experience driving a tractor would be considered favourably.
At this time, we are looking to fill this role with an immediate start. We therefore require the candidate to already hold a valid Queensland Coal Board medical and current Standard 11 induction as a minimum requirement.
