Your new role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivering large-scale mechanical projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and commercial acumen to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships effectively. You'll report to the Regional Project Director and work closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction. This is a client-facing role where you'll have the autonomy to manage your projects without micromanagement, supported by a collaborative team environment.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 mechanical contractor.
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical building services.
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial aspects of projects.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results independently.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
