Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to kickstart their finance career and gain valuable experience in supporting individuals with disabilities navigate their NDIS plans.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Coordinator. This role involves working closely with our participants to help manage their plan budgets, process invoices, resolve queries, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

* Customer Support: Respond to calls and emails with warmth, professionalism, and practical help.
* Payment Administration: Accurately enter and process invoices for services delivered.
* Budget Tracking: Review and support participant spending and flag issues early to prevent overspending.
* Problem Solving: Communicate effectively when identifying issues with invoices, services, or budgets and help resolve or escalate them.
* Order Placement: Assist with ordering consumables and services on behalf of participants.
* Workflow Tracking: Use digital tools to stay on top of tasks and help keep the team organized.
* Admin Support: Help the team with reporting, file maintenance, and general administration.

* You either hold or are willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening check.
