**The Role**:
This team supports the organisations customers with service and technical support. They thrive on constantly and consistently aiming to exceed customer expectations by providing first-class customer service and support.

The secondary function for this role is administration processing warranty claims and reception activities to support the business.

**The position's main responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Customer Service
- Administration
- Support Switchboard Operations
- Support Service Operations
- Deal with and process returns
- Process Warranties

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Customer Service experience working in a call centre environment
- Experience processing returns and warranties would be highly desirable but not essential
- Excellent phone manner and customer service approach
- Experience dealing with high volume calls in a busy environment
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to solve problems and identify them
- Ability to deal with complex and technical information
