We are hiring 3 Customer Service Representatives to join Pernod Ricard Australia and New Zealand.

Roles report to the Pacific Customer Service Manager and are part of the Pacific Integrated Operations division.

Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
- Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding order status, product availability, and any issues that may arise.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Have a deep understanding of the FMCG products being offered to effectively assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and troubleshooting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications and capabilities
- Demonstrated customer service experience with strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and take initiative in high-pressure situations.
- Naturally inclined to be the go-to person with a positive and proactive mindset.
- High level of empathy and patience in handling diverse customer queries.
- Skilled at building and nurturing relationships both internally and externally.
- Experience in supply chain or exports desirable.
- JDE experience an advantage.
