Regional Sales Leader
The Regional Sales Leader plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve targeted financial performance.
* Formulate and implement marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
* Ensure successful deal execution, including price negotiation, risk assessment, and contract management.
* Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager to promote effective communication and teamwork between departments.
* Lead the performance accountability of Territory Managers and other direct reports, including succession planning and career development.
* Foster a culture of clear and direct communication within the region and across the organization.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing field sales teams in a quota-driven environment.
* Demonstrated experience in leading sales initiatives and business plans to support evolving business goals.
* Strong business acumen, leadership, and coaching skills.
* Excellent customer service orientation and ability to build long-term relationships.
