Entry‐level opportunity for a graduate to join our Perth IT team as a first‐line support technician. You will act as the primary point of contact for IT support, helping keep our systems running and our people connected.
Responsibilities
* Provide first‐level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
* Track and resolve service tickets using the IT support platform.
* Guide users through technical problems, both remotely and in person.
* Document solutions and updates in the knowledge base.
* Assist with software updates, system backups, and routine maintenance.
* Grow your skills through hands‐on experience with senior IT professionals.
* Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications
* Keen interest in IT and problem‐solving.
* Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts simply.
* Team‐first attitude and genuine desire to help others.
* Completed Year 12; qualification in IT or related field is a bonus.
* Previous customer service or technical support experience is helpful but not essential.
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
