**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a motivated and reliable **Insulation Installer** (Lagger) to join our team. As part of our production crew, you'll be accountable for delivering quality work on time and in full, ensuring the safety and well-being of yourself and your colleagues, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Your focus will be on achieving operational excellence while adhering to safety standards and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
**What's involved**
- Complete tasks within set timeframes to meet production standards.
- Ensure a Zero Harm Safety Culture is maintained at all times.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment to promote operational efficiency.
- Waste Reduction: Identify opportunities for improving material usage and minimising waste.
**You'll need**
**Essential**
- Proven experience as a Trades Assistant or similar.
- Physical Dexterity and Fitness for manual tasks and lifting.
- Basic Math Skills to handle measurements and calculations.
- Attention to Detail to ensure quality and accuracy in your work.
**Desirable**
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in Marine Insulation or similar industries.
- High Risk Licence for Forklift & EWP.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
