Your new role
As the Communications and Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the organisation's communications and engagement strategy in support of its strategic plan. You will lead the organisation's approach to communications, brand and stakeholder engagement, ensuring messaging is consistent, clear and effective across all channels.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the CEO and Management Team, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. It is ideally suited to an experienced communicator who can move comfortably between planning, content creation and industry engagement in a small, agile environment.
What you'll need to succeed
As the ideal candidate, you'll have a demonstrated background in a similar role within a commercial environment. With high attention, capable of producing digital content across multiple channels.
