Are you ready to join the Liebherr family?About The RoleBased in our Para Hill West Head Office this role will see you partner and support various Senior Managers and Operational stakeholders. Your ability to provide timely and effective guidance, coaching and support in relation to operational and transactional Human Resource, IR/ER, HR initiatives, practices and processes will be the keys to your success.Whilst this role is being offered as an initial 6-month contract, there may be the possibility of extension for the right person.Skills And DutiesWith an immediate start available, you will be required to:Providing timely and effective HR services and support to internal stakeholdersCoach and mentor leaders to improve the capabilities required to build a strong value driven cultureEnsure compliance withall relevant legislation including the management of ER mattersSupport the greater HR team in the development and delivery of HR initiativesBe a self-starter and able to work both autonomously and as part of a teamEnd-to-end Recruitment as required.Essential RequirementsTertiary qualifications in HR with previous HR generalist experienceExceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholdersExceptional organisational skills with the ability to provide HR guidance and supportAnd most importantly…. demonstrate a commitment to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers!Those candidates successful in progressing past interview stage will be required to undergo a Pre-employment process including National Police Clearance and Medical Screening which includes drug and alcohol testing.Our OfferDiversity and Inclusion:Diversity and inclusion sit at the heart of the Liebherr Group’s Core Values.
