We are seeking a skilled Senior Account Manager to lead our team's commercial efforts in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Prime Partner Brokers, delivering exceptional sales and service excellence, and collaborating with Underwriting on solutions.
* You will effectively develop and manage the pipeline to maximize new business strike rates, renewal retention, and growth in preferred segments.
* Support the implementation of sales strategies and business plans to achieve growth targets across the allocated panel.
* Analyse market trends, gain broker insights, and align strategies to grow Allianz areas of appetite.
* Act as a point of escalation for broker requests, manage credit/debt positions, and contribute to team meetings and sales staff development.
To succeed in this role, you will require extensive experience in relevant insurance lines, strategic sales, business planning, negotiation, and influencing outcomes. You should also have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
