Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Travel Advisor to join our team in Townsville, QLD. This on-site role involves assisting customers with travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and promoting MyHoliday2's travel packages. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, booking travel services, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the travel planning process. The Travel Advisor will play a key role in creating an exceptional travel experience for our clients.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in Travel Arrangements and working within a Travel Agency setting
Knowledge of travel destinations and ability to recommend tailored travel options
Proficiency with travel booking systems and technology is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
