Job Title: Territory Operations Manager
This is a leadership role responsible for strategic direction and management of territory-wide operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality strategic direction, leadership and management of the territory-wide operations team in line with NTCS operating philosophy, strategic plan and budget.
* Lead the provision of specialist advice on operational matters relating to correctional practice across the territory-wide community corrections and prison system.
* Collaborate with General Managers, Regional Directors and Area Managers to promote best practice in territory-wide operations.
Requirements:
* Senior level experience in multi-disciplinary custodial environment with ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues.
* Demonstrated experience managing significant physical security resources while maximising prisoner engagement opportunities.
