This company is seeking to employ an adaptable and dynamic Junior Project Manager, with clear intentions for continued professional growth.
ABOUT THE POSITION
In the Junior Project Manager role, you will report directly to the manager of the ACT team and deal with delivering diverse fitout projects across Canberra ranging between $1M and $10M. This company also provide ample opportunity to work on new build projects in the future. You will play a pivotal role in managing all elements of the construction process, whilst ensuring that projects are delivered within deadlines and budgetary requirements.
DUTIES
* Engage with senior management, clients, and stakeholders
* Create and manage the project feasibility
* Manage invoices and claims
* Dealing with WHS management
* Deliver projects in accordance with building specifications and standards
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Experience as a Contracts Administrator or Site/Project Engineer desirable
* Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline preferrable
* Ability to organise, communicate and display good time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
