Building Maintenance Inspector – Data Collection & Maintenance Scheduling

We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as a Building Maintenance Inspector, focusing on maintenance schedule development and on-site data collection.
This casual role offers up to 5-day work weeks for 3 weeks with 1 week off, perfect for those looking for a balanced work schedule with some flexibility. You'll be working primarily in Brisbane, with occasional travel throughout Queensland – a valid driver's licence is essential.
Pay Rate: $31.19 – $35.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities
- Collect and document data relating to building maintenance
- Take high-quality photos using your own phone or device
- Work independently and collaboratively within a small, professional team
- Adhere to daily schedules and maintain punctuality and accuracy in reporting
About You
- Trade experience is highly regarded
- Any trade background is preferred for this position
- Physically fit and able to spend full days on your feet
- Comfortable with travel within Queensland as needed
- Have a smartphone or suitable device for capturing and uploading photos
- Responsible, punctual, and able to self-manage tasks efficiently
