The Opportunity
This role delivers essential administrative support to the Rural and Regional Health Service Manager, New England Northwest. The Service Manager is currently based in Tenterfield; the position's primary location is flexible and can be negotiated across the region (e.g., Moree, Narrabri, Glen Innes, Inverell).

You will have access to the Service Manager, senior leaders, and a network of executive assistants for guidance and support.
What The Role Involves
From coordinating diaries and scheduling meetings to managing correspondence, compiling data, and preparing reports, your contribution will be central to the smooth running of operations and to the Service Manager's oversight of Health Facilities. You will collaborate with the wider team, develop your skills, and play an active role in achieving healthcare objectives. The role involves working with minimal supervision, balancing priorities, and managing workflow to meet deadlines. You will respond to inquiries professionally and maintain compliance with relevant policies and standards.
