Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a national events company, the powerhouse behind Australia’s most celebrated events - well known for producing large-scale lifestyle events. With major growth on the horizon, they’re looking for 2x Event Managers to join the team and help take their national events to the next level!

* $80–90k base salary + super + up to $40k commission

What do you do?
* Manage all stages of event planning and delivery, from creative concept to post-event reporting
* Collaborate with the sponsorship team to help identify and support suitable brand partners
* Ensure timelines, budgets, and operational logistics are tightly managed
* Liaise with suppliers, venues, contractors, and internal departments
* Deliver seamless events with exceptional attention to detail
* Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and uphold event standards
* Think strategically to improve processes, outcomes, and audience engagement
What do you need:
* 4+ years' experience in end-to-end event management (consumer events preferred)
* Demonstrated ability to work across creative, commercial and operational aspects
* Experience working in lifestyle, FMCG, food, drink or experiential sectors is highly desirable
* Confidence in supporting commercial outcomes, including prospecting suitable sponsors
* Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and multitasking skills
* High energy, proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional events
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
