The Assurance and Compliance Officer plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and consistency of project delivery across our organization.
This data- and systems-focused position involves collaborating with teams to support assurance processes and tools, including preparing reports, monitoring compliance, and coordinating internal audits.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and refining systems used for project assurance, supporting field-based reporting, analysing data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement, and contributing to enhancing our knowledge hub.
To succeed, you will bring experience in assurance practices, auditing, risk management and continuous improvement, strong data literacy, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
You will also be able to work effectively across teams to promote best practice and provide clear, timely advice.
