Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Data and Operational Processes Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for collecting and reporting data to support Settlement and Youth Services Leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect and report data to support Settlement and Youth Services Leadership.
* Improve data collection by liaising with internal teams and ICMS team.
* Create, review and update processes and manuals for settlement service delivery.
This includes providing administrative support, such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings and travel, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
