Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain an accommodation environment that meets the needs of individual participants;

* Liaise with families, other disability services, external stakeholders, and support groups;

* Ensure healthy lifestyles are promoted through physical and psychological fitness, nutrition, and recreational opportunities;

* Hold regular team meetings to enhance communication, development, and improvement of services;
">
* Assist staff members in budget preparation, implementation, and monitoring;
">
* Manage rostering of direct support staff, monitor absenteeism, and make recommendations for escalation;
">
* Supervise staff members, ensuring their responsibilities are understood and fulfilled;
">
* Complete paperwork and manage incidents effectively according to relevant timeframes and company policies;
">
* Perform designated duties and tasks as instructed by the employer from time to time.

Requirements
">
The ideal candidate will have:
">
">
* 3+ years' experience as a House Manager or similar role;
">
* Leadership skills and management qualities;
">
* Ability to create and work with care rosters;
">
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
">
* A certificate in disability or community sector management (desirable);
">
* A current NDIS Worker Screening Check;
">
* A valid Australian driver's licence.
